What's Your Favorite Cardio Machine?

Since it's really cold outside where many of you live, I'm sure you're bringing your workouts indoors to the gym. There are so many cardio machines to choose from, and I'm sure you have one that you use the most. Since I have been asking about many of your favorites, I am curious to know . . .

the elliptical. if there's not one that's free - i will stand there and wait for it topen up. there's nothing else that i'd rather work out on.

Whoa, you spend an hour and a half on an elliptical? That's insane. I usually stick to my 40 minutes.

I really want an elliptical or a treadmill. Which is quieter?

I do 15 minutes on the elliptical as a warm up to the 45 on the treadmill.

I love tredmill but I don't have it yet so I have to use stationary bike and stairmaster

The Elliptical, the treadmill used to be my favorite but I feel like the elliptical does more for me these days! That does not mean I won't every so often venture to the treadmill... but no matter what machine I use, I am always on there from 96 - 105 minutes A DAY!! YAY!

I use the treadmill, but the rowing machine is amazing, but I dont have the upper strength to use it for very long. The elliptical is such a joke unless you use it for low impact reasons. Really running is one of the best ways to up yourr cardio.

The arc trainer is really cool. It is kind of like biking standing up, crossed with a stair climber. It feels amazingly "easy" but you work up a sweat stretch as you increase the pedal height. It is easy for beginners and challenging for advanced people too! I typically get bored on cardio machines...but this kind of brings back the excitement I had when I was little with the extra challenge of standing up to bike uphill for that extra burst of energy.
