If i'm sleeping alone I sleep on my side but with one knee to my chest and my other leg stretched out behind me.

I normally fall asleep in the fetal position or on my back but i'm all over the place when I wake up. Sometimes half my bodies off the bed.

On my back, and I somehow end up in the yoga tree pose! No idea where that comes from, but I find it very comfortable.

Fetal, mostly. I feel so much more comfortable - and I usually wrap my legs around my extra pillow :P

well i sleep like a 4 with my arms all around my pillows but i don't think the pose is good for me because i ache around my defibrillator and pacemaker "pockets". i only sleep on my back when i have heart procedures/surgeries for the first week or two but with plenty of pillows! i think my age (26) doesnt help my being stubborn about sleeping through the pain.

I always try to fall asleep laying flat on my back with a pillow propping up my knees so my back can fully rest, but I can never actually fall asleep that way! To sleep, I have to roll over...

depending on how I'm feeling it can range from on my back with one leg bent, on my side with my knees slightly bent of on my back but sort of leaning on my side (if that makes any sense at all!!)

Total side sleeper. It drives me nuts if my pillow isn't JUST the right height.

I'm all over the place. The pillows and blankets are usually all over the place when I wake up in the morning. The bf has even complained of getting kicked several times. LOL I'm getting better at it though :P

I love to sleep on my tummy with one leg up BUT I end up sleeping in the squished between 3 people one. Newborn on my left arm 2 year old on my back and hubby sprawled all out. lol

on my side with a pillow btw my legs otherwise my back kills in the morning and sometimes in the middle of the night if i slide over to my back or forget the pillow
