Health Tip: Wear Sunscreen, Even If You Don't Burn

Warmer weather means baring more skin, so you've got to be extra vigilant about wearing sunscreen. What's that? Your skin doesn't burn? You still need to wear sunscreen! All skin types (not just the folks with pale skin) are susceptible to sun damage and skin cancer, so even if you don't burn, be sure to lube up with sunscreen. Choose one that protects against both UVA and UVB rays. Apply sunscreen 20 to 30 minutes before going outside, and reapply it every two hours to keep your skin protected at all times.
