Like some of you stated the muffin top could mean your body isn't working right... Young Living has some great options. Feel free to look me up to get some natural vitamins/mineral supplements that will reduce your muffin top... and yes, buy correctly fitting clothes in the mean time until you have a crazy fit body you can sport in the clothes you currently have.

I agree! A little muffin top is unavoidable (unless you're crazy fit), but buying the right clothes for your shape is important. This is a little, um... unconventional... but eating a lot of fiber can also help. If your lower intestines build up too much, there can be a visible bulge (often noticed only by feeling like you're having a "fat day").

Weight loss is important, I'm not trying to say it's not... but if all you want to do it get rid of the 'muffin top' look, you might want to try buying clothes that fit better.

I would just like to add to not wear clothes that are too small for you. If you gain a few pounds (which happens and isn't the end of the world) and continue to try to wear the same size, you will most likely sport a muffin top. Wear properly fitting clothing and you will feel better and look better instantly.
