WHO Motivates You the MOST to Workout?


I know you have a million reasons WHY you workout - to reach a weight goal, to tone your muscles, to relieve stress, to lower blood pressure, to keep you healthy, to help you sleep, to give you some alone time, to help you look good for an upcoming event, and it makes you feel good. Maybe you workout for ALL of those reasons.

That's awesome, but what I want to know is WHO gets you off the couch and out the door to actually do it? WHO gives you that kick in the pants to pull on your sports bra and sneaks?
