Plus, you won't find a drop of dairy in these frozen treats.

Vegan Strawberry Fudgsicles

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup chocolate soy milk
    1/4 cup raw, unsalted cashews
    1 banana
    8 strawberries, sliced

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients except for the strawberries in a blender, and mix until smooth.
  2. Fill six large Popsicle molds three-quarters full with the chocolate mixture. Add a tablespoon or so of sliced strawberries to each mold, and fill with remaining chocolate mix.
  3. Place the sticks in the molds, and freeze for several hours or until completely frozen.
