Vegan Strawberry Fudgsicles

Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate soy milk
1/4 cup raw, unsalted cashews
1 banana
8 strawberries, sliced
Directions
- Place all the ingredients except for the strawberries in a blender, and mix until smooth.
- Fill six large Popsicle molds three-quarters full with the chocolate mixture. Add a tablespoon or so of sliced strawberries to each mold, and fill with remaining chocolate mix.
- Place the sticks in the molds, and freeze for several hours or until completely frozen.
