INGREDIENTS

    • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • 2 cups spinach
    • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
    • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Sunwarrior)
    • 1/8 cup golden raisins
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • Dash of ground nutmeg
    • Dash of ground cloves
    • 3 ice cubes

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Throw everything into the blender, and mix until smooth.
