In case you're wondering what not to eat at the major fast food chains, Next Generation Food has made it easy for you with this handy new chart. It's a colorful reminder of what we already know: fast food is not very good for you. However, the figures are still unsettling.
The chart illustrates the bad (Dunkin' Donuts) to the worse (Pizza Hut) and stacks them up against each other in fat, sodium, cholesterol, and calorie content. Here's a small sampling of what you'll see.
- An Angry Triple Whopper from Burger King has a whopping 90 grams of fat.
- A Mocha Frappuccino from Starbucks contains 500 calories.
- A Super Sonic Cheeseburger has 175 mg of cholesterol
- A 14-inch Supreme Stuffed Crust Pizza from Pizza Hut has 4,500 mg of sodium
If you can't avoid eating fast food, try these healthier options instead.

The Quad stacker from Hungry Jacks in Australia had 105 grams of fat, 50 grams sugar and around 500 calories! And people were eating that!
This is why I never eat fast food unless it's subway. It drips.
1I always wondered who still eats Pizza Hut? I have not had their food in about 15 years because when my parents did get it for dinner, I would spend the rest of the night feeling sick and in the bathroom. I never met someone who didn't get diarrhea from their food. Who still eats there?
2um, who eats four slices of pizza at one sitting!?
That seems a
little misleading for their count...
And I've never heard of one donut having that many calories! Is that true? Yikes!!!
3Yeah...I eat Pizza Hut it's so good. I work out everyday sooo umm yeah, I weigh 115. And it's my favorite
4I don't really eat that kind of stuff, but I used to when I was overweight. I used to really love Pizza Hut's Stuffed Crust pizza, but that stuff is horrible for you. Pizza Hut never gave me diarrhea, but Taco Bell almost always does...that stuff is lethal.
