She's a power lifter in the weight room. She's a makeup junkie who favors MAC. And she's the fastest woman in the world right now. Meet sprinter Carmelita Jeter. She’ll be running for gold in the 100m sprint — preliminary heats start Aug. 3 with the finals held the following day.
We definitely believe Carmelita is one to keep track of during the Games. Before she headed to London, we were lucky to hang out with her for a day, watch her train, and discuss her Olympic dreams. We're looking forward to watching her compete. Go Carmelita!
