When Michael Phelps opted to drop the 200m freestyle from his Olympic roster, Ricky Berens's dreams of swimming an individual race at the Olympics were made. Unfortunately, he was unable to qualify for the final. Despite qualifying, he now has something a little more golden to add to his collection, having won the 4x200m freestyle relay.
