INGREDIENTS

    • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
    • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
    • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
    • 2 teaspoons honey, such as Manuka

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Mix coconut with the pistachios, cinnamon, and turmeric.

    2. Stir in the honey.

    3. Form into 3 balls.

    4. Freeze for at least 20 minutes (or overnight).
