Raw Cinnamon-Turmeric Macaroons
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoons honey, such as Manuka
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix coconut with the pistachios, cinnamon, and turmeric.
Stir in the honey.
Form into 3 balls.
Freeze for at least 20 minutes (or overnight).
