True or False: Women will get big if they weight train

i must be the exception to the rule. i get slimmer when i don't do weight training and only do cardio. of course, i'm a very muscular person naturally. i feel like when i do one push up, i grow five pounds of muscle. yeah, i'm not in the best shape i could be, but when i was (cheerleading plus swim team plus being a teenager), i still was gigantic because of all my muscles. sucks to be me.

ok i was at the gym yesterday and i overheard this woman talking about how she doesn't do weight lifting because she is worried she is going to get big...i totally thought to myself, that is so not true.

My wife took a weight training class at college. She lost weight and had more energy then ever before. Plus she had fun doing it. She did get muscular at all, just toned.
