Create one now! katie225 7 years i must be the exception to the rule. i get slimmer when i don't do weight training and only do cardio. of course, i'm a very muscular person naturally. i feel like when i do one push up, i grow five pounds of muscle. yeah, i'm not in the best shape i could be, but when i was (cheerleading plus swim team plus being a teenager), i still was gigantic because of all my muscles. sucks to be me.
