Her method actually works. You do not need to follow her diet plan if you eat clean or just pretty healthy. Yes regular weight programs do bulk some bodytypes up. I am not trying to get as skinny as her though. Just a nice healthy weight.
Agree with #1. I don't find Gwyneth Paltrow's figure the least bit enviable and Christy and Gisele? Supermodels who are super thin don't need much help looking great.
Boo to T. Anderson perpetuating the myth that heavy weights makes (most) women bulk up. Also, her diet is crazy unhealthy.
