TV Diet for Weight Loss


A sedentary lifestyle can lead to extra inches around the waist, so if you're trying to lose weight you need to increase your physical activities. One way to keep yourself off your couch is to put yourself on a TV diet. Restrict the amount of television you watch to 10 hours a week. Don't replace TV time with playing video games or surfing the net. Unless of course you need some FitSugar motivation or to read a recap on Buzz since you're now watching less TV. Limiting your screen time should get you moving more, or at least cut down on time spent snacking in front of the television.
