If you're a fan of working your abs. Don't forget about strengthening your back too to keep both sides of your body strong for balance. Try the Superman for toning your postural muscles. Here's how. Start with your belly on the mat. Extend your arms and legs. Lift toward the ceiling from your upper back and glutes. Hold for about 5 seconds and then lower. Now a great trick to not crunch your lower back is to make a fist. Place it under your navel. And because it's uncomfortable, pull your abs away from your fist to really engage them. Take your fist out but Keep your abs engaged. And now, lifting your upper back and gluts. Hold for 5 seconds and lower. Be sure to stretch your back out with child's pose after each set.
