This is a great stretch you can do standing up or lying down. To maximize this stretch, try squeezing your glute max while engaged in the movement.
- Standing tall with you abs engaged, grab your left foot bringing it to your left glute.
- Make sure that your knees are touching. This helps to target the stretch to the outside part of the quad which tends to overwork.
- Increase the stretch by bending your bottom knee and squeezing your glutes.
- Release the stretch and repeat, stretching your right quad.
