Blueberry Mango Kiwi Kale Smoothie

Smoothie Recipe For Healthier Hair

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups baby spinach or kale
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen mango
    1 kiwi, peeled
    3 tablespoons kidney or cannelini beans
    1/8 cup walnuts
    1 teaspoon flaxmeal
    1 cup cold water

Directions

  1. Pour everything into a blender and mix well.
  2. Enjoy immediately.
