I thought the Calories thing was too low! I think about getting the heart rate up on the bike for an hour and how much that burns (400+) depending on how hard you are riding...um.... so I guess it just should be based on how much effort you are putting in to it :)

I just can't believe the calories thing. Maybe for guys, but for girls? Even if you're on top, you can't tell me people are actually getting so much into it that their legs are sore afterwards. that can't be fun. Pfft.
