The Same Turkey Dinner Without the Fat: Mashed Potatoes

Thanksgiving brings us wonderful times and great things to eat. And those things are often loaded with calories and fat.

It doesn't have to be that way. Here are some tips on how to make mashed potatoes have less of an impact on your waist line:
