Blindfold me and I couldn't tell you the difference between regular tofu and this new Tofuplus. It has the same firm, spongy texture, takes on the flavor of whatever you add to it, just like the regular tofu did, but the difference is what you can't see. I feel good knowing it contains 20 percent of my daily vitamin D, calcium, and vitamins B2, B6, and B12.
