Relax Already: With Repetitive Exercises
We all seem to be a little more stressed these days. From the economy to the war to the election, it's tough out there. If your stress seems to be getting the best of you, don't let that stop you from working out. In fact, exercise can help calm your stress. You don't even have to hit the gym hard (though you can because that seems to work for some of us). Just the simple repetition of jogging, walking, climbing the StepMill, etc. could put your mind at ease and not to mention burn calories. To get the full effect, really try and focus on the repetition in your mind. You could even count in your head, "One, two, one, two . . . " as your feet hit the ground.
