I shop for veggies by color and want my grocery cart to overflow with colors. This got me wondering - which color of bell pepper is more nutritious? Do you know?

Red just tastes better. Also, I learned that all things red are pretty much good for you in my Nutrition class.

Yay - I chose wisely! I figured red was better because of all the vitamin C...didn't know they're so rich in lycopene. You learn something new every day :)

What about when you are growing bell peppers and you pick one that is half green half red :D Ok so I know that red peppers are just ripened green peppers. But are yellow orange and purple bell peppers just different variations.....probably I prefer red pepper anyways

I don't know, but I do know that if I'm going by taste alone I'm going to eat red before green unless I'm cooking and then I usually go with green. Raw snack red, yellow or orange but cooking green.
