The juices from the BluePrint Cleanse program are flying off the shelves quicker than kombucha. Inside of each bottle, which ranges from $8 to $12, are delicious juices filled with nutrients and ingredients known for their natural detoxing properties. You don't need to shell out the money to get the same tasty results, though. Here's an easy recipe that mimics BluePrint's P.A.M. drink. Since pineapple is a natural de-bloater, this juice has potential to help with water retention, as well.

P.A.M. Juice

Inspired by The BluePrint Cleanse

Notes

Try adding a small amount of mint to start, and taste the juice before adding more. This pungent flavor has the ability to overpower others, so a small amount goes a long way.

Ingredients

  1. 2 green apples
    1/3 of one pineapple
    Pinch of mint to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse and dice the apple into quarters, and juice into a large cup.
  2. Chop up the pineapple and juice the pieces intermittently with the mint so that there is more juice to push the mint flavor through. Garnish with mint or sliced apple.
