Why Do You Do Yoga?

We have long known the benefits of yoga, and another study confirms once again that the ancient practice is great for stress reduction. One of the other more obvious benefits of yoga is flexibility, but it also increases strength, improves posture, decreases back pain, and improves lung capacity — an unsung benefit of the practice, especially for endurance athletes.
