At 30 years old, she is one fit lady, and if you're curious to know how she keeps her toned and trim bikini figure, it's clear that being active is key. She runs, jumps rope, and uses an air climber to burn calories, and she also strength trains using a resistance band. For a fun workout, she also plays tetherball, which challenges your coordination and increases upper body strength. It's great to see that she is exercising regularly and mixing it up, which is important for strengthening the total body and avoiding injuries and boredom.

She's 30 years old?? Sorry, I find that hard to believe. While I think she's an attractive woman, I think someone is fibbing about her age.
1She's only THIRTY?! I'm sorry...I'm not trying to rag on her. she is beautiful and everything, but I thought she was mid-40s. I agree with GlowingMoon...me thinks Gretchen might be fibbing...
2I just looked at her webpage. It says she was born in 1977 (making her 31). I still say something isn't adding up.
3She has a great body but if she's thirty, then I am a world class ballerina.
4She may be lying. If the network is letting her lie about HER age...then how old is everyone else?

5All I can say is that if I didn't have to work full time and had unlimited time and money to devote to working out and eating healthy, I'd look like that too! She does look in her mid-thirties. And who works out wearing full makeup with eyeliner? I know the stars say they have to but still!

I wonder whats her diet like. You can work out all day and night but if your not eating right then its pretty pointless. I'd like to learn what these "celebs" are eating.

10Whether she's 30 or 40 or whatever, she does look great. You can tell that she probably devotes a lot of her time to working out and eating right. Guess that's what happens when you're a trophy wife, I suppose.

14I believe she's in her early 30s. I think it's just all that dang makeup (and those veneers) that's making her look so much older than she really is.
Other than that, she has an AMAZING body! If I had the time and energy outside of having a full-time job and night classes, I could probably obtain a fit body like hers as well. All I have going for me right now is healthy eating, which is a start.
P.S. Has anybody else seen her before and after plastic surgery pictures? Her face looks way different than from her college days!
15i always thought that she was a bit older than 30 - especially since i'm 30 and i think that she looks older than me. regardless though - she's got a killer body and whatever she's doing - it's working.

doesn't mean it it is not true. And by the way Ladies... WHAT exactly DOES 30 "look like?" Maybe SHE IS what 30 SHOULD look like. I'm 26 years her senior and no one can believe that I'm almost 57 either; doesn't mean that I wasn't born in 1953.
Have we become so jaundiced & critical that we overlook realities like genetics which play a considerable part in how one not only looks now.. but just how one is likely to age. Could this young woman possibly just look older than 30.. just because she DOES or maybe because of genetics? This photo is not easy to judge.....
I know some 25 year olds who look like 40 miles of bad road, AND [who look] older than I do. Anyhow.. it's likely I'LL get some flack for this... but, at 57, I've heard it all.
