With juice labels touting their healthy benefits, it's easy to believe we're doing our bodies good with a glass of fruit juice. I like to fill a glass a quarter of the way with juice and fill the rest with sparkling water. Tastes better than any soda out there and is lower in calories than juice or soda.
All three right! But it's sad to me because I really like fruit juices. I would take them over sodas any day.
Fruit juice has so much concentrated sugar - eating the fruit is significantly better. The fiber in the fruit slows the impact of the sugar on the body (insulin).
I generally just drink water and skim milk, but when I do drink juice, I also mix it with water.
I love OJ mixed with soda water. It makes me feel less guilty about drinking so much sugar.
yay 3/3....i always water down my juice, like 1/2 & 1/2 its always to sweet for me with the water added
