While it is true that we begin our slow mental decline as young as age 27, there is something you can do to keep your gray matter fit — playing creative games. Crossword, sudoku, and Set are great ways to stimulate your brain and create new neuron growth.

Challenging your brain is not only good for your cognitive health, but it can be a great way to de-stress at the end of a busy day. Concentrating on something other than your to-do list can really help settle a busy brain. You can play many of these creative games online, or find a good old-fashioned newspaper and have a crack at the crossword and the word jumble. It can be surprisingly relaxing to work your brain. What games do you like to play?
