Pink or Patrick Dempsey: What's Your Riding Style?
A few celebs were seen biking this week, but in very different ways: Pink and hubby Carey Hart took a leisurely ride on a pair of beach cruisers through Santa Monica; meanwhile, Patrick Dempsey was in full road warrior mode for The Dempsey Challenge, a 50K bike race to raise money for the Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer, Hope, and Healing. And while Pink kept things casual in slouchy pants, Patrick opted for spandex, and what we love most — a helmet!
When it comes to biking, I am somewhere in between Pink and Patrick — I'm a typical urban biker. While I love a leisurely ride through the park on a sunny weekend, I also don't mind spending a day riding over the Golden Gate Bridge and through Marin.
