It looks like Lo Bosworth may have picked up the same love for boxing that her bestie Lauren Conrad has. Lo showed off her skills with the gloves at the first "Muscle Milk Light" women's fitness retreat. Besides boxing, the reality star also practiced some yoga. Other celebs like Kat Von D and Karina Smirnoff also stopped by to sweat it out in their Under Armour gear (one of the event's sponsors).
