Love songs are often slow and lovely, not the type of tunes you want to workout to. I think getting your heart rate up while listening to songs of the heart is a great way to get ready for Valentine's Day and celebrate Heart Health Month (I know I sound like a goody-two-shoes, but I really do think this). So I searched high and low and found some love songs and some lust songs for a 35 minute workout mix.
Who better to groove to than TLC and Modonna? Who better to cool down to than Ella Fitzgerald singing Cole Porter?
