P.L.O.W. – Heavy Into Exercise

Music is a great motivational tool. You put on some good tunes and your body responds and suddenly you're exercising. Well, maybe it is not that easy, but here's a mix that gets me off the couch. Sometimes I just need a wall of guitars behind me, pushing me through my run. Bookended with slower, calmer songs for warming up and cooling down, the bulk of the mix should get you heavy into exercise.
