I was looking to update my play list so I asked you all to tell me your favorite cardio workout song. And man-oh-man, did you all follow through. You all gave me such great suggestions. With so many to choose from, I realized I needed to break up my new play lists into genres. This week I chose modern rock (for lack of a better term - I am not sure if all songs fit into that genre, or if it is even a genre any more?).
The mix is about 38 minutes of music that is going to make you want to move. It starts slowly to help you warm up, and ends calmly so you remember to cool down and stretch.
