Minutes to a Healthier You . . .
It's not always the time we spend at the gym that helps our health, it's also the little things we do in life.
Try and take at least 30 minutes to completely unplug from all electronics each day. This means no cell phone, no Blackberry, no TV, no computer. Take this time to really relax and disconnect from all the stresses of life. Read a book. Meditate. Take a bath. Go for a jog outside. It doesn't matter what it is that you do as long as you really take a high-tech break. I promise you're crackberry will turn back on once you turn it off, and you'll feel re-energized to tackle it all in the 1,410 minutes you have left in your day.
Do you already do this? If so, share what you do during your tech break below.
