Now that I've outed all you cola drinkers. I feel the need to give you a reason to put down the cola and to start drinking milk.

Yes, it's true. It has been shown that a high intake of Vitamin D and Calcium may reduce the effects of PMS. While most women only experience mild PMS, as many as eight to twenty percent of women experience symptoms severe enough to meet the definition of PMS.

PMS is defined as moderate to severe symptoms that substantially interfere with normal life activities and interpersonal relationships. Yup--I've got that.
