I guessed and got all of these right :) I do agree that if you're just smart about you're eating habits, eating one of these sandwiches occasionally shouldn't hurt your waistline too much.

The only thing that makes me feel good about not getting 100% on this quiz is that I thankfully have never eaten any of these sandwiches.

The Arby's Market Fresh sandwiches taste great - and there's a reason for that. I will never forget logging on to their site to read their calorie counts a few years ago and being shocked! You do better to get a big beef 'n' cheddar! (ooh - that rhymed!)

most restaurant websites have their calories counts online. While I'm not likely to check this if I'm going out to dinner, If I'm headed somewhere quick like jimmy johns or chipotle i will always check the calorie counts. It's amazing what cutting out the mayo, cheese, sour cream etc will cut out of your calories!

You know, I find a lot of the "eat this, not that" choices to be very common sense, to where it seems like the book is just stating the obvious, but one thing that always surprises me is how the Arby's market fresh sandwiches are so much worse than their "unhealthy" sandwiches. I feel bad for all of the people who think they're making a healthy choice by getting a turkey sandwich, only to inadvertently consume most of their day's calories!

I don't eat at the Cheesecake Factory all the time, but I do like it there. I'll go there a couple times a year at best for fun occasions, split my entree, and take home a slice of cheesecake for later. I think you can still survive by using common sense while still letting a little loose.
