Mangos are one of my favorite fruit. If you've never tried a fresh mango, I'd tell you that it tastes kind of like a peach. They both have yellow-colored flesh, are soft, juicy, sweet and taste like summer, but how do they compare nutritionally?

i don't care if mangos have more clories than peaches i'm sticking with mangos. i grew up in a tropical country with coconuts, mangos and other exotic fruits as your desserts every meal. so yup it's mangos for me.

I love both fruits but I would have to say peach is the one I like the most!
