Domaine de Canton

A blend of ginger, VSOP Grand Champagne Cognac, orange-blossom honey, and vanilla, Domaine de Canton is one of my all-time favorite liqueurs. It has a nice spiciness from the ginger, but the honey mellows it out with the right amount of sweetness. I like mixing it with soda water or adding it to a margarita or martini and it also tastes nice when added to a glass of sparkling wine. And since it's made from real ginger, you get to reap the benefits of the root's healing powers.
