Move beyond your basic curl and get on the ball with this simple move to tone your upper arms and core called the Preacher Curl. Grab a ball and a dumbbell and come join me. Alright, you're going to start with your tummy on the ball, body in a plain position. Reach through your heels to engage your legs. Pick up a ten-pound dumbbell between your hands and do a regular bicep curl. You want to keep your elbows under your shoulders and your arms parallel. Make sure you're really engage your core so you don't feel the pressure in your lower back. Not only will this work your abs, but it also protects your spine. Do you feel the burn?
