Just as I was about to write to all of you about strength training moves you can do while you're pregnant, I went into labor. Sundance Thomas was born on Wednesday night (May 19) and I am already so in love. I'm feeling great, thanks largely to the time I spent at the gym while I was pregnant. My Pilates instructor, Kerry Wachtfogel, came up with a series of moves for me that would help me stay strong during pregnancy and also look and feel great after giving birth.
