Though some of the meals were less than stellar, I was surprised by the tastiness overall. I also appreciated the fresh ingredients, variety, and the representation of the food pyramid. Also, the generous portion sizes kept me full without the need for snacks (the program doesn't include snacks, but it does provide tips on what to do if you're hungry between meals, including a list of recommended snacks under 150 calories).
Freshology Gold would be a great option for anyone trying to lose weight who finds it difficult to control portion sizes or to build a well-balanced meal. I'd also recommend it if you live in a place where it's hard to find yummy, fresh ingredients. If you're a serious foodie who wants to cut back on calories, however, this might leave you wanting more.
Interested? You can enroll in the Freshology Gold program for as little as a week or up to three months, and pricing varies depending on the program you choose but typically works out to about $48 a day. See all the Freshology pricing options here.
