The star is enlisting the celeb trainer, who is best known for working with Gwyneth Paltrow, to help her get in shape for her upcoming nuptials to Eric Johnson. Tracy has designed a routine specifically for Jessica's needs that includes dance aerobics, ab work, and strength training.
Tracy told Us Weekly that Jessica wants to "look healthy" and "is in the mind-set that this is a big, forever lifestyle shift." For the last few weeks Jessica has been working out four times a week for 75 minutes each time — that shows definite commitment!
