Companies make single-jogging strollers, double-jogging strollers, and you can even get this Joey Toddler Seat attachment ($100) for a third child. The more kids you push, the harder the workout, so it's a bonus for you, as well as a fun ride for them.
Start with flat ground and once you build your strength, add inclines. Since it might take some getting used to for your tot(s), begin with 10-minute workouts and gradually increase your running time. Stick to bike paths and quiet neighborhood streets so you don't have to worry about too much noise or nasty car fumes.
