Once the person sitting next to me turns away, I quickly spray some Flight Spray ($16) in my nose since it keeps my nasal passages moist. When your nose is dry, your immune system is compromised since mucus acts as a shield from germs and bacteria.

When I fly, I always fear that the people in my immediate vicinity are ill with something contagious. That's why I always cover my nose and mouth when somebody sneezes - The germs have no windows to escape from when you're sealed in an airplane cabin!
