How Much Time Do You Spend at the Gym?

I definitely prefer to go to the gym after work, or on the weekend instead of during my lunch break because on average I like to spend at least an hour and a half at the gym. I warm up, do cardio and cool down for about 45 minutes, and then I do strength training and stretching for another 45.

So tell me . . .
