Recently, I watched a colleague of mine slowly down a large glass of beet, carrot, and celery juice in attempts to atone for a weekend of indulgences. With the grimace that accompanied every sip, you could imagine the inner monologue: "This is healthy. This is healthy. This is healthy." Although I have learned to love carrot juice, I much prefer to actually eat beets and celery. I have tried many veggie juices and am not really a fan. What about you?

Carrot Juice! because I have yet to try celery juice or other juices since I'm afraid that I will puke it back out
1Vegetables do not juice. Therefore, vegetable juice is a misnomer. Well tomatoes juice a little, but they are pretty much a fruit anyway lol.
2I LOVE carrot juice but can't stand any other kind of vegetable juice.
3I'd rather eat veggies than drink them.
4I think I'd rather eat them than drink them. Now, if I mixed in some fruit....
5Love carrot juice, they're yummy and sweet even w/o sugar.
6I thought most nutritionists agree it's always better to consume the fruit/veggie in its whole form. For example, a whole orange has more fiber than orange juice does.
7I would rather eat an orange, than drink orange juice
But I would much rather have my wheat grass shot, than eat grass.
8we juice beets and celeries and green bell peppers with some fruits, it's the only way i'll get any vegetables in my system. i can't stand eating them.
9I will not drink them in a boat. I will not drink them with a goat.
10I eat my veggies, not drink them.
11are carrots not vegetables? If vegetables can't juice?
I like a mix of carrots and apples, Yum.
I was at the store a couple of weeks ago and bought a V8 pomegranate and blueberry juice and it was DELICIOUS. But, I doubt I'd buy it again.
12Mmmm carrot juice. I think I'd like beet juice too, but I've never had it. A local smoothie place makes ABC smoothies - apples, beets and carrots. My friend says its amazing. Sounds yummy to me!
13I'm just not convinced they're better than eating the actual veggies - so why bother?
14tomato juice, with vodka, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and a stalk of celery over ice, thankyouverymuch.
15haha to the comment above me
16My husband has high cholesterol problem about 2 years ago. Some of my friends introduce a drink to us known as "5 Greens" - it is made up of 5 different type of Green vegetables/fruits.
172 Celery
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1/4 Cucumber
1/4 Bitter Melon
1 Green Apple
He drink it every morning and his cholesterol reduce a lot. Website below will show you how the juice look like - I know it is not too appealing, but it actually taste pretty good. BTW, I think the juice in the picture is from Juice-extractor, we did ours from juicer and we drink all the fiber along also.

I like carrot and green juice. I give my kids green juice as a way of getting veggies in to them.
18I'm not a huge fan, but I do drink a V8 with lunch everyday to fill me up.
19Depends on the mixture. I like carrot juice, hate celery. However if blended correctly, I can down celery juice. I mush prefer fruit and vegetable juice combos. Apple & Carrot is my favorite.
20Only in my Bloody Mary, thank you very much.
21Veggie juice combined with fruit juice are some of the yummiest things out there.
22i make spinach, celery and cucumber juice. me and my boyfriend call it "green slime" and we drink it on the weekends with breakfast.
23if you aren't expecting it to be sweet and think of it more like a cold soup it's fine. very refreshing even.
I don't get the point of vegetable juices. They taste about 10 times worse than the vegetables do plain and don't have as much fiber in them, either. I'd much rather eat my veggies and get the satisfaction of crunching on them instead of just drinking them. So yeah, I'm not a huge fan of vegetable juices.
24I love tomato juice!
25I only like them if they're mixed with fruit juices... V8 has some really good ones.
26carrot juice is the best thing ever!!! My friend got me organic carrot juice from costco and it was delicious. it was just as good as juiced carrots. since i dont have a juicer i was very happy when she brought me bottled carrot juice..isnt she the best??=)
27My mom gave me V8 as a kid and I didn't like it. Of course, that was before all these new "fusions" and "fruit/veggie" juices were popular and stuff, but I've never gotten myself to give it a second try.
28I refuse to go near carrot juice. When I was in 5th grade, my parents took me to Sudan to visit friends. We spent a day at the nile and all we had to drink was carrot orange juice which tasted completely vile. Now, we were in the Sahara desert in the middle of spring, so desperate times called for desperate measures and I spent the whole day drinking carrot orange juice in order to stay hydrated. Needless to say, I haven't touched carrot juice ever since. My sister in law makes it and just the smell makes me gag.
29I don't mind the V8 fruit and vegie juices but I can't stomach vegie juice by itself. I don't care if its healthy...it needs to taste good too!
30I have about two glasses of vegetable juices every day! Sometimes I'm on the run and I don't have enough time to eat my huge plate of veggies so I just dump them in the blender hehe
31everyone makes fun of me since i say that i'm afraid of juice that i can't see through and that would include veggie juices. i know that they are good for me, yet i can't bring myself to drink them.
32I'm not a big fan of veggie juice... my mom used to drink V8 all the time (gross!) but the company I work for has a client who makes kids juice that is mostly carrots and has fruit in it too which tastes really good. I know its for kids but we all drink it around the office and its half the sugar.
33I really like vegetable juices, but the bottled ones can be pretty high in sodium. They are good for you in that they are high in nutrients etc. but really I think people are better off eating fresh vegetables as you get all the extra nutrients and fibre from the skin and flesh of the vegetable. If you've ever made your own vegetable juice with a juicer, or been to a juice bar where they advertise for people to take their leftovers for their compost or worm farm, you'll realize that there is also a lot of wastage involved in juice making! So many vegetables go in for so little juice!
34I juice all of my own vegetables and fruit because there is no way that I would eat 5 vegetables and 4 fruits in a day, everyday. So, I juice them with the skin and all. It tastes great and it's fresh with no sodium.
35i like spinach juices. it doesn't taste like anything. and i often blend it with banana, so the banana taste takes over
