Hot Granola

This is not your grandmother's granola. Made with hard white wheat berries and rolled oats, this cup of mush is anything but soggy. Dried apples and pecans add to the delightful crunch of this warm, yogurt-free granola. You can also throw a pinch of cinnamon, salt, and sugar or sugar substitute to really wake up the flavor.
