Serve Up Some Shapely Soups

It's easy to spice up soups with new ingredients or secret spices, but this time of year it can be even more exciting when you toss a few heart-shaped carrots into the mix. I simply cut them thin and used a heart-shaped paper punch to create the little tidbits. It's more fun to get your vitamin A and fiber in this heartfelt way, don't you think?
