I'm so glad that it's starting to come out that, while HFCS isn't the healthiest thing ever (just like sugar isn't), it's not the devil either. Just use moderation.
Also, I commented there too, but that post from Margarita's blog really bugged me. I think it's really unhealthy to become that obsessed with ANY behavior, "healthy" or not, and I find it pretty selfish to skip out on a special family celebration after only an hour just so that you can get to an exercise class.
