Halloween is the perfect time to bust out spandex, neon leggings, '80s makeup and side ponytails — all in the name of spooktacular fitness. While I love a good Jane Fonda imitation, I appreciate when people take on a character that suits them well — especially if the costume features a tracksuit. Runners who take pride in their speedy times should consider these characters as part of their Halloween repertoire.
