Don't let a little snow or cold weather get in the way of exercise. Make sure to keep up with your regular heart-pumping workouts no matter what, because they're essential for keeping your immune system strong.
Exercise also helps alleviate stress, which weakens the immune system. Join a gym if you need to, buy new gear so you can work out comfortably outdoors, or sign up for a dance class — just stick with it. If you exercise in a public place, disinfect equipment before and after you use it, and wash your hands before leaving the gym. We're serious about all this hand washing!
